150g Aquatopia Hermit Crab Conditioning Salt helps to harden and condition the shell. It is formulated to enhance health and longevity of land Hermit crabs. It also assits moulting. Aquatopia Hermit Crab Conditioning Salt is a sea salt based formula that is used as the saltwater both for your pet. Never use plain table salt.
Directions
Add approximately 5 grams (1 teaspoons) of Hermit crab conditioning salt to 250ml of water. The water should be pre-conditioned before placing into the habitat. The water should be replaced twice a week or when dirty or contaminated.
Bowl Setup
Land Hermit crab require three bowls. Use the largest bowl for freshwater, the mid-sized bowl for saltwater and the small bowl for food. Freshwater is for drinking and saltwater is for bathing. These 3 bowls need to be checked daily to make sure they are clean.
