I haven’t set up the aquarium it’s going to...
I haven’t set up the aquarium it’s going to be used for yet if it works as well as my 307 for my smaller aquarium I’ll be happy I’m sure it will do a great job Fluval make quality products

Incredible Canister Filter
Truly the quietest canister filter I've ever owned, and it was very easy to set up. The instructions were simple to follow which made switching from my old canister filter a quick job. Fluval even has a complete range of replacement parts so I know I'll be covered later on if I need to do maintenance or a repair. I like that you can put different filter media for your own needs, such as for removing phosphates or nitrites. Highly recommended!

Already had the 307 and needed a bigger one for another tank. This is the filter you want and need. Select your size and just buy it.

Fluval 407 Cannister
Absolutely love the Fluval 407 cannister! Quietest filter I have ever had. The only time you can hear the filter is if your head is directly beside it and even then it's just a slight minimal hum. My large turtle is super messy but his 500litre tank is heaps clearer since I have started using the 407. Compared to my old filter the 407 doesn't need to be cleaned as regularly and is way easier to assemble, disassemble and customise. Yes the filter is pricey, but im so happy I decided to replace my old filter with a reputable filter brand rather then a brand that was more affordable.

Best canister filer
loving all the little improvements of the 07 over the 06 series. All the little leavers and catches are easier to use, priming the filter is much much easier and faster, removal of the media baskets is very convenient with the added handle and the cover holding the impeller can now be installed single handed
